But, before you get admission, you need to fulfill BSN prerequisites.\nRead on this article to find out what prerequisites you need before getting\nenrolled in a BSN program.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prerequisite Course&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants are required to complete this\ncoursework before entering the BSN program, set by the College of Nursing. You\nshould get a minimum of 2.75 cumulative GPA or \u201cC\u201d grade. Additional instructions will be offered to\nthe applicant&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preadmission Test or TEAS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TEAS stands for the Test of Essential Academic\nSkills. This pre-entry test is conducted to find out the academic preparedness\nof the applicant in Science, Mathematics, Reading, and English. This is a\ncompulsory exam for all the students who want to enroll in the BSN program.\nHowever, your TEAS score must not be older than 1 year from the date of\napplication for BSN.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TEAS requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>TEAS overall score requirement is\n58.7% minimum<\/li><li>You cannot sit for TEAS exam for more\nthan 3 times in 1 year<\/li><li>ATI TEAS required<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the minimum TEAS score requirement\nmany changes every year. It is better to get in touch with an advisor at the\ncampus where you have applied for the program. One should also note that\nmeeting the minimum TEAS score is not enough for securing admission or\ninterview for the BSN program.&nbsp; The\napplication process for the Bachelor of Science in the Nursing application is a\ncompetitive process, which depends on the candidate pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to register for TEAS exam<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates have to submit an application while\nregistering in order to be eligible to give the exam at one of the university\ncampuses from where you will pursue a BSN. Candidates have to pay $65 as the\nfees for the exam online.
