The need to understand and deal with stress is higher than ever, so let\u2019s take a look at five tips to effectively deal with stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Organize your work<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It can get overwhelming at times when your backlog piles up right\nin front of you and tight deadlines begin looming over your head, which will\nmake any person afraid of failure and procrastinate instead. To deal with this,\nyou\u2019ll need to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Break down your\nwork into manageable chunks, <\/li><li>Prioritize them,\nset deadlines, and <\/li><li>Take them on one\nby one. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is critical to avoid taking too much work at once. This can potentially hamper your efficiency by not letting you focus on individual tasks. Stress triggers the release of cortisol (also known as the stress\nhormone) in our bodies, which leaves us craving for good-tasting food. It is\nimportant to know that your diet hugely impacts your mental well-being while helping\nyou de-stress easily. Foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids like walnuts and salmon\nhave mood-stabilizing properties which make them the best choice for office\nlunches, as well as fruits and antioxidant-rich dark chocolate.
